The fixed PVC strip curtain is manufactured to provide a partition in an opening and where free movement is required. The fixed PVC strip curtain alleviates the need to routinely open and close a door. These curtains can be manufactured in a one/two piece removable configuration.

SLIDING PVC STRIP CURTAIN SYSTEM |

Similar to the fixed PVC strip curtain, the sliding PVC strip curtain is installed to allow for the curtain to be slid out of the way while loading or unloading larger products. These curtains can be manufactured in single, double or triple sliding configurations.

Another product is the stainless steel removable fixed curtain hook system. This allows for individual strips to be unhooked from a fixed rack above the doorways and remove them out of the way while loading or unloading larger products. This is ideal for single door openings. It also makes for easy cleaning as each strip can be separated.

TRUCK DIVIDER CURTAIN |
|
The Truck Divider Curtain is a practical and effective solution for operators within the refrigerated transport industry. This curtain provides a barrier that is extremely effective for temperature control, yet allows for easy access to the cargo area. The innovative design of the TDC allows for the curtain to be adjusted and locked into place along the length of the truck body to accommodate for a varying volume of product, thus reducing operating costs by reducing the operational requirements of the refrigeration unit. For loading, curtain sections can be easily slid across to one side to give a clear route for forklifts etc and then returned and positively locked into place to stop inadvertent opening due to vehicle movement. In short, the TDC retains the integrity of the cold chain guidelines by ensuring that the product remains at the required temperature in a controlled environment. The design, which has within it very few moving parts, requires little maintenance over extended periods of time, making it user friendly and resistant to the daily grind of the trucking industry. As a result of a TDC, not only are products staying within the required temperature range, there is less running time of the refrigeration unit throughout the day which culminates in a marked lowering of running costs and an extended life of the unit. PVC SELECTION |
|
High qualility PVC is available in many different sizes in both standard and low temperature. PVC is available as a flat or ribbed profile. Rolls of PVC are 50metres in lenght or PVC strips can be cut to size according to your requirements. PVC size will depend on the dimensions and application of the curtain.

PVC SWING DOORS |

Cool Divider Systems has a self-closing PVC swing door in its product range. These doors can be applied to suit any situation, eg separating a warehouse from an office/showroom, or a cold-room from outside areas. Where high visibility is a must and a constant flexibility to enable unobstructive movement between areas is required, swing doors are a pedestrian and forklift friendly answer.
